  2. Anonymized Profiles: You consent to us creating anonymized versions of your profile (without your name, email, phone, or other directly identifying information) to present to potential employers.

  3. Matching Services: You consent to us using your information to match you with relevant job opportunities.

  4. No Sale of Data: We will NOT sell your CV or personal data to third parties.

  5. Consent Before Sharing: We will NOT share your full profile or contact details with any employer without first obtaining your explicit consent.

  6. Right to Withdraw: You may request removal from our Talent Network and deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@RustJobs.dev.

5. Employer Terms (Job Posting)

By posting a job on Rust Jobs, you agree to the following:

  1. Platform Role: For job postings, Rust Jobs operates as a job listing platform only, not as an employment agency, staffing firm, or employer of record. For recruitment services, separate terms apply as agreed in writing.

  2. No Candidate Verification: We do NOT verify, vet, or validate the credentials, qualifications, experience, identity, or background of candidates who apply through job postings on our platform. All candidate information is provided by the candidates themselves.

  3. Employer Responsibility: As an employer, you are solely responsible for:

    • Evaluating candidates through your own interview process
    • Verifying candidate credentials, qualifications, and references
    • Conducting background checks as required by your organization
    • Making independent hiring decisions
    • Complying with all applicable employment laws and regulations

  4. No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding:

    • The quality, suitability, or performance of any candidate
    • The accuracy or authenticity of information provided by candidates
    • The outcome of any hiring decision
    • The availability or responsiveness of candidates

  5. Indemnification: By using our job posting services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Developer Jobs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

    • Your hiring decisions
    • Your interactions with candidates
    • Any claims made by candidates or third parties related to your job postings
    • Any misrepresentation in your job posting
    • Your violation of any applicable employment laws

6. Recruitment Services

For clients engaging our direct recruitment services (where we actively source and present candidates), separate terms and conditions apply. These terms are agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis and supersede the general employer terms above for the scope of that engagement. 7. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on Rust Jobs' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rust Jobs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

  2. Further, Rust Jobs does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

13. Job Posting Approval Policy

We reserve the right to reject certain Job Adverts, including but not limited to, adverts from third party recruitment agencies, adverts with no salary information, adverts with missing information. When a Job Advert is rejected a refund is processed immediately followed by a rejection notification delivered to you via email.
