Senior Rust Systems Engineer

Salary: 25 000 – 34 000 PLN B2B netto

We are looking for a senior systems engineer with deep, near-metal Rust experience to join a production-grade distributed memory platform project targeting AI and HPC environments.

This is core infrastructure engineering. You will design and harden production-ready components for a system that extends GPU and system memory across the network using RDMA over Ethernet, with strict sub-10 microsecond latency requirements.

What You'll Work On

• RDMA systems programming: verbs, connection management, memory region lifecycle
• Safe abstraction over low-level C APIs with disciplined use of unsafe Rust
• Hugepage-backed, NUMA-aware memory management
• Zero-copy data plane engineering
• Control plane integration: service discovery, credentials, health monitoring
• Observability, fault handling, and production hardening

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with low-level Rust in production environments
• Hands-on exposure to RDMA, NUMA, hugepages, or networking stacks
• Strong understanding of memory management and performance-critical systems
• Comfortable owning components end-to-end in a latency-sensitive environment
