Stealth Startup We are a well-funded stealth startup building innovative solutions in the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. Our team is composed of passionate technologists working on cutting-edge projects that aim to redefine the future of programmable money and decentralized finance.
We are developing a layer one protocol, an advanced cross-chain bridge, and a next-generation stablecoin, providing the foundation for a secure, scalable, and interoperable blockchain ecosystem.
Role Overview
As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing core components of our next-generation financial infrastructure. You will work on highly secure, scalable, and performant distributed systems, leveraging your expertise in Rust to deliver solutions with low latency and high reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems using Rust.
- Build and optimize cryptographic protocols, consensus mechanisms, and secure APIs.
- Develop components for a layer one blockchain protocol, cross-chain bridge, and stablecoin infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems that integrate with various blockchain ecosystems.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems programming or backend development, with at least 2 years using Rust in production.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and multithreading.
- Experience with blockchain technologies, consensus protocols, or cryptographic systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Experience or exposure to the Diem (formerly Libra) project is highly desirable.
