We’re hiring Rust Engineers to help build and scale the backend systems powering a leading Solana infrastructure startup.
You’ll work on distributed, high-performance backend services that support millions of blockchain transactions and directly impact how developers build on Solana.
This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, well-funded company at the forefront of Web3 infrastructure — working on deep systems challenges rather than speculative crypto projects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain backend services in Rust, focused on scalability and performance.
- Design and implement distributed, low-latency systems.
- Debug, profile, and optimize high-scale infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver features end-to-end.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience building or maintaining production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and database fundamentals.
- Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
Bonus Points:
- Experience at a reputable Web2 company
- Experience at top-tier tech or trading companies (e.g. Cloudflare, Coinbase, Jane Street, Citadel).
- Prior remote work experience.
- Active GitHub or open-source contributions.
