Define and execute the product roadmap for our blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the blockchain space.
Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features, ensuring high-quality product development and timely releases.
Collaborate with marketing, Business development, and customer support teams to bring new products to market, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product requirements and project plans, and help create product-specific content for various platforms to engage users and stakeholders effectively.
Engage with the blockchain community to gather insights, share knowledge, and promote our products.
Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in the tech industry, with a strong preference for experience in blockchain technology.
4+ years of experience in Web3 and Proficiency in blockchain technology, financial market analysis, and project management methodologies, with a strong foundation in either Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Some exposure to Rust code bases or Software Engineering teams working with Rust.
Deep understanding of blockchain principles, distributed ledger technology, and smart contracts.
Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
