Senior Rust Engineer - Decentralized ML

We are a stealth startup pioneering privacy-preserving distributed compute infrastructure for Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) workloads. Join our team to work on cutting-edge technology in AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems.

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement core systems in Rust.
• Develop and optimize the blockchain protocol.
• Write secure smart contracts using Solidity.
• Integrate AI algorithms within the blockchain protocol.
• Build distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to project needs.

Requirements:

• Experience with Rust.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms.
• Experience with high-volume, distributed services.
• Proficiency in writing network services or asynchronous code.
• Passion for secure, reliable, and fast software.
• Strong background in Computer Science.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative nature.
• Interest in blockchain and decentralized technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with gRPC, SQL, Redis, LevelDB/RocksDB.
• Experience in Node.js and native node modules.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems like Grafana or Prometheus.
• Proficiency in Linux server environments.
• Blockchain development experience, especially with Solidity or Polkadot’s SDK.
• Knowledge of advanced AI techniques and agent frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source projects in blockchain or AI.
• DevOps experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
