Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement core systems in Rust.
- Develop and optimize the blockchain protocol.
- Write secure smart contracts using Solidity.
- Integrate AI algorithms within the blockchain protocol.
- Build distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to project needs.
Requirements:
- Experience with Rust.
- Understanding of AI/ML algorithms.
- Experience with high-volume, distributed services.
- Proficiency in writing network services or asynchronous code.
- Passion for secure, reliable, and fast software.
- Strong background in Computer Science.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative nature.
- Interest in blockchain and decentralized technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with gRPC, SQL, Redis, LevelDB/RocksDB.
- Experience in Node.js and native node modules.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems like Grafana or Prometheus.
- Proficiency in Linux server environments.
- Blockchain development experience, especially with Solidity or Polkadot’s SDK.
- Knowledge of advanced AI techniques and agent frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source projects in blockchain or AI.
- DevOps experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
