The common traits we look for in candidates, regardless of experience:
- Completed a STEM degree from a top university
- Worked at the top of your profession (e.g. Goldman Sachs/Morgan Stanley for finance, Citadel/Jump for trading, etc.)
- Experience as a start-up founder or very early stage employee
- Deep technical domain expertise with low-level / distributed systems / low-latency programming
Responsibilities:
- Enhance our low-latency trading infrastructure
- Optimize core engine performance and network infrastructure
- Develop new features focused on transaction efficiency and advanced trading systems
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- In production experience using Rust
- Worked on latency-sensitive systems / algorithms / multi-threaded code / scalable distributed systems
- Understanding of the transaction supply chain / proposer-builder separation (PBS)
- Knowledge of Ethereum/EVM and blockchain fundamentals
Experience working in (whether professionally or as a side project) and having a passion for Crypto/Blockchain/MEV is a plus, but not a must have.
