We’re looking for engineering managers to lead and grow our engineering team, making Rocker a strong engineering first company. You should enjoy working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a world-class product.
What you'll do:
- Lead and grow the engineering team, creating a culture of technical excellence
- Lead our efforts in attracting great developers
- Be involved in all new products that we build, having a great impact on our users
- Work towards short- and long-term goals, identifying good tradeoffs that aligns with our business goals
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in leading software development teams
- An ability to quickly understand and learn new systems and processes
- An ability to lead, execute, and deliver high-quality technical solutions
- An entrepreneurial mindset, being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of projects
Rocker is a remote-first company where you can work remotely from any timezone within 2 hours of CET, or from our office in Stockholm.
