Engineering Manager

We’re looking for engineering managers to lead and grow our engineering team, making Rocker a strong engineering first company. You should enjoy working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a world-class product.

What you'll do:

• Lead and grow the engineering team, creating a culture of technical excellence
• Lead our efforts in attracting great developers
• Be involved in all new products that we build, having a great impact on our users
• Work towards short- and long-term goals, identifying good tradeoffs that aligns with our business goals

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in leading software development teams
• An ability to quickly understand and learn new systems and processes
• An ability to lead, execute, and deliver high-quality technical solutions
• An entrepreneurial mindset, being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of projects
