Data Processing Startup We are working with a highly technical data processing startup building a modern analytics platform and a distributed execution engine. The team owns the stack end to end and focuses on correctness, performance, and operational simplicity.
This role sits at the core of the platform and involves building fundamental systems that run in production.
What You Will Work On
- Platform services and APIs using gRPC and REST
- Cluster coordination, leader election, and failover
- Replication and management of distributed execution state
- Core infrastructure for a production distributed system
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience with Rust, including async Rust (Tokio)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems
- Comfortable working on Linux systems
- Preference for simple, robust solutions
- Enjoys working in a small, highly technical team
