Business Description
The power of research is the power of mankind. This is the mission of LabBase. We are looking for engineers who are able to face the complex issues faced by the research field and promote all kinds of development using the services provided by LabBase. Engineers are not limited to a specific technology, but are expected to make full use of the most appropriate technology to address the issues.
Specific Duties
- Build systems from the perspective of a single service and platform
- Developing code from the business domain.
- Create products quickly from hypotheses and promote value verification from an engineer's standpoint.
- Propose appropriate designs based on the business situation, and make decisions from a technical perspective, taking scalability into consideration.
- Propose and promote proactive improvement of technical debt.
Development Flow
- The team develops each service based on LabBase's company-wide strategy.
- The team will analyze data and consider measures for each issue.
- Each team conducts scrum development in 2-week cycles.
- In principle, test code is written and all merged code is reviewed.

- Experience in value verification of products and quick release of products
- Experience in the entire process of review, development, testing, and release of products

Familiarity with the following languages
- Rust, Kotlin, TypeScript, Java, React
- Experience in building platforms consisting of multiple services
- Experience in understanding the latest technology trends and selecting the most appropriate technology
