Role Overview:

We are looking for multiple mid-level Rust Engineers with a solid background in software development and a strong interest in blockchain technologies. Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Rust and a comprehensive understanding of its application in developing high-performance, secure software solutions. Experience with Python and familiarity with AI concepts will be considered a plus, as our projects involve working closely with both blockchain and AI technologies. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable features for our AI-driven blockchain security platform using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers and blockchain experts, to integrate innovative security solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and enhancing the codebase quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest blockchain security challenges and trends to inform development strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
• Assist in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks within the application.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Rust programming.
• Strong interest in or experience with blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in software development best practices, including testing, code review, and continuous integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from top institution is preferred.
