About the Company
We are building a next-generation observability platform, designed to handle massive data ingestion and real-time analytics for modern infrastructure. Our team is fully remote, globally distributed, and focused on delivering highly scalable, efficient, and developer-friendly monitoring solutions.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Developing and optimizing Rust backend services to process high volumes of observability data
- Architecting and maintaining high-throughput distributed systems with a focus on performance and reliability
- Collaborating closely with product teams to design solutions that meet real-world monitoring needs
- Contributing to scalability, fault tolerance, and low-latency data processing pipelines
- Bringing a leadership mindset to technical discussions and decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Rust expertise – experience in backend engineering & systems programming
- High-throughput system design – understanding of performance-critical applications
- Observability/monitoring experience (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar is a plus)
- Product-driven engineering mindset – ability to balance technical excellence with business impact
- Leadership mentality – while this is an IC role, we value engineers who take initiative and can influence technical direction
Salary & Benefits
